Ordering products from our e-shop concludes to a binding contract of sale from distance, which is governed by the legal framework of L. 2251/1994 (as it applies today) and the amendments referred to the PD 131/2003 (GG A’ issue 116/16.05.2003).
The user has the right to conclude to a valid order through the e-shop, as long as he has legal capacity to do so in compliance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (provided that he/she has reached eighteen years of age and that he is not subject to judicial support to the sales contract). Orderings could also be placed by legal representatives of legal persons. www.motas.gr, reserves the right to claim from the guardian the return of any orders to be carried out by contractual incapable persons.

Force Majeure: If for any reason of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes etc) we will not be able to deliver your order within the forgone time, we will inform you via e-mail, in order to inform us whether you want your delivery to be completed under those circumstances. www.motas.gr bears no responsibility for any situation is out of its own liability and will do anything humanly possible for your own best favor.
In cases that you have applied an electronic order an on delivery you realize that any of the product (or products) is missing, according to your initial order, please contact us in order to arrange all the parameters needed and send you the products that you did not deliver with no extra charge.
