Return policy

For all product returns it is necessary that the products are in their original condition, unused and returned within 30 days from the date of shipment of the order.
If you want to replace the product with the same product in another size or design, you should contact us to confirm that it is available.
In case of change-return of products from Cyprus and the rest of the world, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For hygiene reasons no changes or refunds are made to all our accessories.
Most of our products are categorized for strict personal use, and therefore not all products are accepted for refunds. Also, we do not accept returns for products that have been worn.
Products / Packages that cannot be refunded
– Briefs, strings and brazilian come in contact with sensitive areas and therefore no returns are accepted

– Product packages (packages containing more than one piece) such as panties, socks, etc., are considered ONE piece. So the packaging should not have been opened and parts of the package or individual pieces should not be returned.

In case of doubt about the condition of the returned products, the specialized staff of MOTAS.GR will help you with the inspection of the object, in order to avoid the abusive return of the products that have been worn or damaged.

It is possible to change / return the products if the packaging is in its original condition, the tags & have not been removed and the product is in its original condition.
The change can be made in the following ways:
Α. At your place with exchange (hand to hand) with the courier who will deliver the new size or design that you want.
Β. Receive it by EXCHANGE at the nearest courier store in your area.
In case the customer needs to return the parcel for the second consecutive time, there will be a charge of 5 € for the courier costs.

All shoes should be tested in soft surface, until you are sure you want to keep them. The shoes should be returned to their original packaging.

Refunds for GREECE
In case you do not wish to replace the product of your order, contact us to request a refund of the purchase amount. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If the product is in its original condition, the refund request will be approved and we will deposit the value of the product in the bank account that you will indicate to us within 5 working days. In orders that have been paid by Debit / Credit Card or Paypal, the return of the value of the products is made to the respective account. Otherwise, if the product is not in its original condition, we will inform you about the impossibility of refunding the money and we will return this parcel. Refunds are related to the value of the products. * In case of return without notification, the return is not accepted.
